Convenient scheduling options, by phone & online. Email appointment confirmation emails & reminders. I was greeted by name from an energetic receptionist. I had absolutely no wait time. The cleaning was efficient and used the latest dental equipment,and with the X-rays it allowed Dr. Freeman to check for any potential problems. I was also able to get a rinse solution for a sensitive gum to avoid a prescription and trip to the drug store. An hour well spent and done at the appointed time.
The staff at Dr. Freeman's office is so friendly and professional. They welcome me with a genuine smile every time! They are always on time and don't pressure you to have any procedures that you don't want. I leave feeling cared for with a set of squeaky clean chompers!
I have been a patient/client of Dr. Freeman for well over ten years. Dr. Freeman has provided me with first-class dental care. I am overall healthier due to his care.
