Very poor experience. There is a complete lack of internal communication, too many people involved without clear responsibilities, and important tasks are left unfinished. When you call those in charge, they say they will contact the appropriate person to help you, but calls are never returned. Instead of resolving the issue, they shift blame between each other, and in the end, the customer is the one who suffers the consequences. Very disappointing.

Very professional work with good communication. Very pleased with how respectful of our furnish. Very clean operation using a tent like screening to keep dust and dirt from spreading to other parts of the house. I highly recommend Paul Davis for your home damage reseration.
