I can’t believe they actually asked me for a google review after I roasted their internal survey. But that tracks for the kind of communication this company has. Which is to say, it’s not great. If you’re a fan of crews randomly showing up, not communicating about what they are doing, not caring that you have a life and may not be at their beck and call, being asked to sign a blank payment authorization, by all means call Paul Davis.
Paul Davis and team did a terrific job on our sewer back up problem. Once I called, they were out right away. They were friendly and professional and got us taken care of quickly. Very impressed!
The work done so far is very good but the estimate on the repair is overdue
