I had a very good experience with Paul Davis we had a unfortunate event happen at our house so a guy from the Paul Davis company came that night at 10:00 p.m and immediantly picked up the carpet and pulled out the wet pad and threw it away and also got all the wet installation out and threw it away as well and then he put several fans around all over the place to dry out the wet ceiling and the carpet and he was at my house until after 1:00 a.m. then I had other men come ro my home and do other work to make sure the job gets... read more
Had a dishwasher leak and cause damage to the kitchen floor as well as a bedroom below the kitchen. Our insurance company hooked us up with Paul Davis and they were at our house within a couple of days. Took a lot longer than I hoped, but that was no fault of Paul Davis… It had to do with our insurance company being non-responsive to them and us. Started out working with Bradley and then Kellen, both were very responsive to phone calls and text messages. And they never made me feel like I was a bother! We couldn’t be happier... read more
