I ended up using Paul Davis restoration through an insurance claim, because my insurance made it sound like using them is easier, so they could be paid directly rather than take my claim money in draws over time. I’ll start off by saying here’s my first mistake. I would’ve been much better off, and gotten a better result if I would have found subcontractors myself.
