I am so sorry I ever hired Paul Davis Restoration. They have not come through and completed anything without having to redue it again and again. Cannot even get them to send me the warranty paperwork on anything like air conditions, heating, water heaters, etc. This was a complete restoration from a fire almost 2 years ago. Beware of their workmanship - it is terrible. everything they have done is now having to be redone. Steven, Daylo and Angelo were very friendly and good at their jobs. They got things done and worked very well together.
Updating 4/23- attended another class and it was also great! I have attended several CE classes and really appreciate the information, the online availability, and the punctuality!
I am very happy with quick responsiveness, professionalism, and hard work of these contractors. Stellar work from Chaston, Angelo, Jordan, and Steven. They quickly identified the water damage and moved to mitigate any further damage. Because of there workmanship during the water mitigation process, I will be using them going forward with the remodel / repairs. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend them! Ridge was my project manager and he delivered! They finished earlier than expected and took care of everything that we asked for. Even the subcontractors they had were great. I’m considering using them again in the future for our own home renovation projects. This time we used them for a insurance claim but I’m glad we went them instead of some other people that initially tried to work with us and tried to charged us double what Paul Davis charged just because our insurance was paying.
