Brian, Bill & the crew were here within an hour of my call to my insurance company this past Monday morning & stayed til 6:30pm!! They are AWESOME!! We had a major flood in our home back in 2013 and when a neighbor called them for us, they were there in no time! I was so upset because I thought I had lost so much, this was my home, and everyone that came in to get all the water up, and pack us up, were so nice and very professional! I do not remember everyone's name, but I do remember Josh and he eased our minds on everything!! Terrible customer service. Terrible response time. Terrible terrible terrible. I do not recommend this company at all. Use another company if you want your house taken care of and done right.
When my water heater recently burst, Josh and his team came out late at night and were awesome in removing hundreds of gallons with their water claw, drying out the house, and now the repairs! I highly recommend them!
Absolutely amazing!!! Josh was here with in 30mins!!! I will call Heather and her team again!!
