We were assigned to Paul Davis restoration by our insurance carrier as one of their preferred contractors after we had some flood damage to our home. We didn’t know what to expect from them, but our project manager, Raymond King, was very helpful and guided us through every step. He communicated with us regularly and kept us posted throughout the process. If we had a question or concern, he addressed those in a timely manner. Paul Davis did a fantastic job on our new roof. From start to finish the process was seamless, the crew was efficient and the finished work outstanding. Our representative Derrick Robinson was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with.
Nice people BUT NOT CUSTOMER OUTCOME oriented. Used Paul David’s to provide Mold Remediation , only to have it return in less than a year. While I am sure I could have asked more questions they did work without mandating industry protocols and now that I am doing it again, I find the price of others is 1/10 of the price of what was charged! 50k for no outcome!
