My experience with Paul Davis Restoration has been very positive. We had a hot water pipe burst in the middle of the night and woke up to water all over the bathroom and bedroom floor. Our insurance was with USAA and they reccomended Paul Davis Restoration. Drew Hinkle came and checked things out, got someone there right away to vacuum up the water and get fans going. From the beginning to the end of the project the Paul Davis personnel were courteous, professional, and responsive to our questions. Work was completed according to the plan and adjusted as required by our change orders. Overall, well done.
