My insurance company suggested them after I had a water leak in my house in December 2025. They didn’t finish the work until April 2026 after I was told by the team manager that the repairs would take 3 days but could stretch to 5 days max. There were multiple times of them scheduling a day to come work and then not showing up at all. They would give me a 2 hour window of their arrival time and then still be late to that sometimes up to 2 hours. I'll update this review later, but to put it short and sweet this company dropped the ball big time. Didn't fully do the remediation correctly and then months later found sitting moisture soaked into my entire floor with mold. I specifically told the team on site there was a very high chance the water ran down the back wall due to the lean of the house. They didn't listen, only took up what their eyes could see and months later - MOLD, everywhere. My entire house is potentially ruined because Paul Davis doesn't know what the... read more
