Wanted us to sign on the spot! Shortly after the Eaton fires Paul Davis came to our Pasadena home on January 12th to assess the smoke damage for remediation. The rep they sent from San Diego wanted me to sign something THAT DAY to get started. This is the exact thing I had been warned about. We did not choose to work with them and I feel it's important to share this experience as a word of caution about predatory companies during this time.

I highly recommend this business. They have excellent customer service and they responded very promptly when we had water damage. When our project was going on we always knew what was going on and what the next steps were to take since they did an amazing at telling us the process. Very happy with my decision to go with this company.
