Graham Pulliam of the Pasadena branch of Paul Davis Restoration and his amazing, hardworking, transparent, well trained, and super courteous crew did an OUTSTANDING job on total smoke restoration inside and out of my late sister’s 3-story house that was just spared destruction in the Eaton fire but suffered strong smoke damage. Team leaders Marisol and Armando deserve their own shout outs. COULD NOT be more pleased with the work of PDR! Five stars!
Wanted us to sign on the spot! Shortly after the Eaton fires Paul Davis came to our Pasadena home on January 12th to assess the smoke damage for remediation. The rep they sent from San Diego wanted me to sign something THAT DAY to get started. This is the exact thing I had been warned about. We did not choose to work with them and I feel it's important to share this experience as a word of caution about predatory companies during this time.
