Evan and Quacian were knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the entire process to us both. Their work was immaculate, thorough and detailed. Both gentlemen were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend them.
We had an extremely positive experience working with Joey Browning and his teammate Patrick from Paul Davis. They arrived on the scene soon after a bad leak situation. They were very organized about the many-layered solution, and kept in close touch via phone and text as we worked through the various steps. On July 16 at 3:50 pm, I got a flat tire because of a pothole just in front of Paul David. Pulled up to their parking lot to fix it. Hannah came to me and asked: do you need help ??? I hesitated and then accepted the offer. She call Mark and got a pump jack and in 15 minutes changed the rear tire to the front and put the spare tire in the back Its a wonderful feeling to get two angles sent by GOD They are humans, but they were my angels. I really was pleased with the team from Paul Davis!! Greg and Q were very professional h taking out everything in my unit! We found what was damaged, they showed me how to take the pictures and how to put in a claim! Outstanding job!!! They are definitely an asset to the company!
