Paul Davis was prompt with the repairs after our home flooded from a water line breaking. 7 months after the floor was installed we noticed the wood grain flaking off. The manufacturer, Ohio Valley Flooring, has reviewed it and claims that it's due to moving furniture and pets, that it's not covered under warranty (they will be receiving a review as well). They arrived within 1 hour of me starting the claim, began cleaning/demolition, set equipment, and came back everyday on time to check on equipment. They communicated clearly, set proper expectations, and went above/beyond my expectations for water mitigation. They are pet friendly, courteous, and were very careful with my belongings. As I never want to deal with this again, if I did, I would use Paul Davis Restoration for their mitigation work! Good job and Keep it up!!
