Sump pump failure caused water to spread throughout the basement. After replacing the pump, I called Paul Davis for water mitigation. Everett and team were on-site within an hour to get everything dried out. Polite and professional. Only did what was necessary to ensure a proper dry out without excess demo or machine usage.
Cory came out to perform the final step of our water damage repair and cleaned our carpets that had been damaged. He was fast, friendly and professional and got our carpet looking as good as the day it was installed!
