The work was well done and the staff were efficient. The delays and lack of communication, however, were not appreciated. (We weren't notified of a cancellation until the day after, for example, and did most of the packing up and moving ourselves). The two-week schedule turned into seven weeks which can happen with the number of sub-contractors that were required. Once the work commenced, however, regular updates were given and the crew chief (Tyler) was excellent.

Oscar and helper did a terrific job at tearing down the damage and cleaning it up. Oscar was very polite and courtise. An excellent representative for the company. The other thing to mention is that the team were here on time.

Despite a major rain event that flooded many basements in the area our service was incredibly fast (next day) and professional in all aspects.

Paul Davis, in particular Brian Newmaster project manager, completed repairs to our roof and ventilation in about 6 weeks which another contractor failed to do in 9 months. Communication was exemplary. Estimations on delivery of materials, arrival of trades, and final repairs were very accurate. This is a company that can be relied upon to deliver in a timely and comprehensive manner.

Recently had a flood at my business. What a stressful experience considering the holidays were right around the corner (our busiest time of the year). Thankfully Brett with Paul Davis was quick to respond and was able to pinpoint the source of the incoming water very quickly. The repair’s went smooth with communication every step of the way.
