Please avoid this company. Had the worst experience with them. I should have checked their star rating on Google before choosing them. Horrible horrible. Avoid at all cost.
They did trimming in my house’s front and backyard for at most 23 mins (9:07am when they arrived and 9:30am when they finished their work as my records showed) in July. Recently I received their bill that charged for 1.5 hours of labour. The total charge for the 23 mins work is 400 cads+. Even my lawyer cannot charge more than this rate. I am going to contact them to discuss the situation. For anyone who sees the review, be very careful and keep photo/video records when they do their work in your property.
