Basically they’re too busy to care about any individual patient. I have been an extreme pain, and I get the sense that they’re not even willing to try to find out why.
Never a problem. Everyone has been very patient kind and helpful. Dr Kim and his assistants do well in explaining procedures and medical terminology.
DONT HAVE A SURGICAL PROCEDURE WITH DR. KIM YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DOCTORIAL DECESSION ...NOT TO MENTION DR. KIM PROFESSIONALISM AS A DR. DIRING HOS VISITS AND FALSIFIRD PROMISES...
I was so pleased of him doing the surgery on my mom last time, extremely knowledgeable and great bedside manner.
I wanted to update my previous review, as it’s important that anyone reading gets the full picture. After a frustrating and prolonged experience trying to get a referral processed, despite assurances from Dr. Kim and staff, I was understandably disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through.
