Tread with caution with this one. Dr. Fuchs works for the Workers Compensation Companies only. He will authorize as many injections as he can, and then soak the insurance companies for the procedure costs, then turn around directly, and release you to complete MMI, and then here is the cherry on the top!, he will then turn around and tell you that once your workers compensation claim is settled, if you have your own insurance, then you can come back and continue to treat with him.
