sunny did amazing job helping me finding a car with alright credit. I got a 2017 dodge journey and I ask if has synthetic oil from I remember they said yes. so I call coppus motor to get a oil change bout a month ago and guess. what it don't take synthetic oil witch made me little up set for getting lied too. I found some other issues with the car so they be getting a call soon to get all this straighten out. but thanks for the service tho sunny did do amazing job tho for helping me out

Thanks for the props Tim. I’m unsure as to why you feel as though you were lied to about your oil. If your car takes synthetic oil it should say so in the manual I believe. I’m no mechanic so I don’t know. One thing I do know is that if you get synthetic oil, then you should never go back to regular oil. It’s been awhile since we sold you your car, did you get new or used?
Sunny was great! She worked very hard to get us the vehicle and the deal we were looking for!
Update: I will no longer take my business at Paul Cole Motors since they disrespect their employees the way they did my friend Sunny!! Love my Dodge Journey!! Sunny was very pleasant and made us a great deal.
This is the 3rd car my dad and i have gotten from there. They do great with helping us out. And they are all super nice and know what they are talking about thanks again Gage Seifert.
