They always treat me with respect. I have purchased 3 new kias from them always have them serviced there. Always treated nice.
Entire staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Jennifer in particular helped my fiance and I pick out a new car for me. Almost 1 month later and I still love it! One night my fiance was following me home and noticed I had one of my license plate lights out. I called Jennifer and they got me right in and took good care of me. Definitely recommend, wonderful business!
On my way to work I got a flat tire .Their service dept. got me right in and back on the road..Thanks Brian and staff..
Sunny really helped me out by letting me know everytime they had a cheap car come in until there was something I could afford and that was reliable! not all dealerships have employees who go the extra mile like she did. My next plan was to go to Paul Cole when I was ready to buy a brand new car, but now that she no longer works there, I will be going wherever she goes next. unfortanatley not everyone there cares about the customers and keeping honest and loyal employees they know will take care of people.
I recently bought my new car from Paul Cole and sadly will never be back. The only reason I came here was because Sunny her fb advertisement drew me in and her amazing personality sold me. I cant believe how one of your best employees was treated I will surely follow her to whatever dealership she decides to work.
I won't shop there anymore without Sunny. She made me feel important. She helped where no one else would. I will always miss you. My PCM days are done!!
