I had a very positive first visit. Dr. Carroll and the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Carroll was direct and provided treatment options, which I appreciate. I felt like I had good information to make the best decision for me. I look forward to further treatment at this Med Star location, with Dr. Carroll.
Dr Carroll is a pleasant , always smiling and very professional physician. Even though, he has to inflict pain upon you, he does it while explaining everything to you. MedstarFranklin has some of the best doctors in Baltimore.
