I will say that Dr. Carroll is a GREAT dentist . He explains everything well, has a very steady hand and is great at what he does. However I will say this, the lady in charge of the finance part can come off as a rude at times. She cuts you off when you are speaking and makes the patient feel like we are dumb ,deaf ,and stupid. This is not only over the phone but also in person. If it wasn't for her I would highly recommend this place. I would just say be aware of her poor customer service.
Dr Carroll and his staff are amazing! Both of my son's got their wisdom teeth extracted and I had a tooth extracted. I was very nervous but it went great and I felt no pain. Dr. Carroll is very kind and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend Dr. Carroll. You will not be disappointed.

Myself and my family have seen Dr Carroll several times; wisdom teeth extraction mostly. I am now bringing my elderly mother there, next week. Even though she lives in gilroy, he is worth the drive.
Had a very good experience with the doctor & nurses - 5 stars Staff experience especially wrt to costs a bit confusing and they expect upfront payment. Make sure u have the pre-treatment costs conversation done threeway b/w provider and insurance and yourself. - 3.5 stars Had a tooth extraction. Dr accepts PPO
