I have purchased many Chevrolet automobiles in my day and I have never come across a dealer that would not take a deposit to hold a vehicle. I drove over two hours to test drive the Gladiator. I wanted to hold the car while I worked with my Credit Union on financing. I was told the dealership's policy was first come first serve and that they didn't take deposits. Make sure to check the dealership website first. The listed price is not the actual price on CarGurus, it’s only with their dealership trade in. So don’t think your trade in price is being taken off of the listed price on car gurus.
I was promptly contacted by the dealer.
Dealer took my deposit and I was informed that the vehicle had been sold after I proceeded to make the hour drive to finalize the deal.
Contacted me appointment was set to look at car then contacted me saying they had to cancel so to mechanical issues
Speedy contact and a good experience. I bought this car. I'm pretty pleased with the entire process. Will definately come back to this dealer in the future.
Leslie was great. Responded quickly and followed up. Unfortunately it looks like the car sold before I could come look at it and that’s my fault.
