Set up and appointment to test drive a vehicle. Drive was an hour and half from my home and 20 minutes prior to my arrival I got a call saying the vehicle was sold 2 days prior. Drive over and hour before I knew truck was sold but they did offer to send me a $25 gift card to cover my has which I'm waiting for
