Met our friend in Augusta immediately after his bike was “serviced” and “tires” costing $600. We were traveling to New Hampshire and we made it to Oxford and his bike’s tire was completely flat. After a phone call, that ended with this company hanging up on him we waited for a tow. Got to a licensed garage and found out the tire was full of debris, brakes were never replaced, wheel bearing was bad, none of the axle nuts were tight, and tube had a hole the size of my thumb. 8 hours and $300 more... On a cross country trip I needed service and what I thought was a bulb replacement. Called for an appointment and got one the next day. Got my oil changed and they started working on the light. Turned out to be wiring problem with tire rubbing wires to aft section of motorcycle. They explained the problem and replaced the wiring harness. This was a hard job that was completed in short order and did NOT charge me an arm and leg for the repair. The best service I have received from a dealer. I test road a bike here today and the owner helped me right out. If you’re looking for a bike I’d highly suggest it! There great people and I enjoyed my time there. Definitely am going back to get a bike from them as soon as I can afford it���
Brandon went above and beyond to help me get out of a difficult situation.
