Drove 35 miles to look at and talk about buying a FTr1200...I was the only customer there....two employees, one messin with his phone the whole time, the other milling around...neither said a word to me..I said hey to the one playing with his phone...walked right by him to use the head...nothin...walked around some more and then left. I guess they have all the customers they need...I saw two or three bikes I liked...the an Indian, a VStrom and a Tiger..

Why didn't you ask for help? I don't like to be jumped by salesmen when I look at cars or furniture. If I have questions I just ask. Just saying.
We had a chance to visit this dealership last week! I’m from Lima, NY and we took a 5 day trip to New Hampshire. My brother and I ride Indians and we wanted to check out the closest dealership. I had a dog light out so I wanted to see if they could fix it. With only an hour before closing they fixed it and really took care of us. I can’t tell you enough how well they took care of us. If you are ever near Augusta, Maine you must visit this place!!!! Thank you
they will gladly sell you product but when it comes to warranty / recall work; good luck! Ignorant to a Triumph recall where the front brake pads can separate from the backing and leave you without brakes! I called concerning the recall letter I received directly from Triumph stating that my bike was included. The service manager tried to tell me that there was no recall.... A call will be made directly to Triumph concerning this experience!
Dishonest sales team. Went to purchase a bike today. Found one I enjoyed, discussed the purchase with Dave, how I was going to pay for it and finally agreed on a price, after a bit of dickering. Then even "shook hands on it" (I sanitized after to be safe). Had to start paperwork and I was going to pick it up tomorrow. David comes back with the ol' bait and switch... "Sorry, can't do that price, need to go back to original price" I said "no way, no counter offer? Why change after we made a deal. He says "Sorry, they said no, ... read more
