Had horrible service.... waited all afternoon for them to see if we where approved and apparently the managers had to close the doors for awhile so they weren't going to see anyone and was told we where gonna get a call then didn't even hear anything...but we did get approved at another location..... our money is green so if they didn't want our business they should of said so...... also non of the cars come with warranty all are sold as is WTF
I went to every dealership in Bakersfield and not one could help me. Paul Blanco's team got me a beautiful car at a reasonable price. Thank you Paul Blanco! Christian and Samuel were great and super caring.
This place is a joke. I hear their commercials day in and day out, stating that they will work with anyone. One such commercial is Low Score and Self-Employed, No Problem. Well that is a LIE. I have a large amount of student loans on my credit report, with a few other small things when times were tough. I am a self-employed/contracted graphic designer, for 25 years. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! False Advertisement!!!! Never again will I be going to Paul Banco to try and make business with them!!! I got better options and a way better deal at Naranjos Auto Sales in Bakersfield.
