Never again would I deal with these Assholes . One visit to their website and they hound you. The opposite is true if you have a problem. Eva the customer service agent is useless. She's a one and done bitch. One phone call from her and zero returned phone calls (more than 8) calls trying to get back in touch with her . Stay away from these FUCKTARDS
I just left Paul Blanco's and this is the second time I have visited without a person even walking outside to great me or see if I'm interested in a car, their loss, because my husband needs one today and we have cash.
This place is nothing but a sham. I purchased a 2016 jeep from them about 6 months ago and the gear basket went out. With the car still being under factory warranty and the extended that we had purchased we took it to the jeep dealership to get a diagnostic done. This is where we found out what the real issue was. The gear basket was held together with ELECTRICAL TAPE AND SCREWS!!!!! Not only that, this is the 2nd -3rd time jeep dealership has seen this in cars purchased from Paul Blanco!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRR!!!! BAD EMPLOYEES STARTING FROM THE RECEPTIONIST .. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SERIOUSLY THE WORST DONT EVEN HELP YOU AT ALL THANK GODNESS I FOUND A WAY BETTER PLACE NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN EVERRR!! HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES ONES WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP & SELL
They sold us a lemon about 3 months ago...everyone all the way up to corporate has ignored our phone calls.. I have payed my 3rd car payment and have had the truck for about a whole month in that time. They definitely do not care about customer satisfaction or having customers return.. once the sale is made the contact is done. I will never purchase or recommend anyone go through this company.
