I tried to give them 3.5 stars but since my experience with Paul Blanco's in Stockton wasn't nearly as horrible as the other two reviews, I rounded up for whatever that's worth. Anyway, I called ahead and set up an appointment and did a driveby (OK, it was a rideby) on the lot before I went in. My husband and I came to Paul Blankos Autoplex in Stockton, Ca for the first time yesterday and I must say that after our experience there we will not be recommending them to anyone. We were there a total of 7 hours due to the disorganization and rudeness of the sales representative that we dealt with. To be frank, the first vehicle we were seriously looking at was sold while we were waiting for paperwork to be reviewed by their management. Dont ever go there my brother went there and they told him that they would get him the vehicle he wanted within 3 days so he put dowm $500 to show that he was interested, he was to put down another $5000 after they got the vehicle for him.... 3 weeks later he still had no vehilce he told the salesman there that he was no longer interested in it and they tried to make him accept it a few days later saying that he signed a contract (which we knew was no longer valid since they did not deliver the vehicle on time) we ended up g... read more
