I went to the Stockton dealership and I had the most terrible experience ever in buying a car.... these ppl were very unorganized and unprofessional.... the dealer that helped me named Abraham lied to me and told me everything was good until the day I pick up the car... they started asking me wired questions details that were already ironed out prior to picking up the car. Walked in late to my appointment and was immediately taken to be seated and for a busy Saturday I thought that was great! Saturday November 7th, 2015 I walked around the Stockton location for an hour with being greeting. Sunday, I go to the Sacramento location test drive a 2014 Cadillac ATS with $29k miles. I walk around for an hour without being greeted. I walked inside to speak with a rep. I was pre-approved online and just wanted to test drive the Cadillac. My sales person's name was Janet Reyes and she was wonderful. We connected right away and she was very honest with me and was an excellent salesperson. Alberto was the best. Got me into a car with no hassle and accomodated me the whole time from music to encouragement. Wonderful salesman.
They will tell you anything to get you in the door. They told us we would need a much lower down payment on the phone. So we sold our only car went down with the money they said we'd need and got told it would be twice as much!
