Not having private patient rooms was very concerning for me. This combined with the bedside manner made me feel like they were trying only to see as many patients as possible as quickly as possible so that they could get paid as much as possible. They did not take time to talk to me about my daily issues and even if they had, not being in a private patient room can be intimidating when you are talking about your personal health issues, because you are in fact sharing with the entire room full of patients.
