I feel extremely used by this practice. This was my first time visiting chiropractor and it's safe to say I will never be back. They conducted all these tests and made all of them seem mandatory. Never was I asked if I wanted to continue with a certain thing, they made it seem like it was all-inclusive....a couple weeks later I get a bill for about $300 (for 2 visits) after insurance has already paid $400! $50 for 5 minutes of treatment (laying on a rolling table) seems extreme to me. I have been there on several visits and the staff is very friendly, helpful and they interact well with the patients. Dr. Baker seems knowledgeable and very professional. However, as stated before in these reviews, Dr. Baker performs pretty much the same adjustments on all his patients. Also, having open treatment areas are a huge concern because of lack of privacy. I think the 1970 disco shirts worn by the Dr. and his assistant said it all. Very unprofessional, cheesy operation, unlike any Chiropractor I have visited in 15 years of treatment. The hour long Sales pitch followed by one on one sessions targeted at selling you a $600 home wellness kit on the spot, spoke volumes to this practices motives.
Dr. Baker and his staff makes coming there ver pleasant and everyone is always so friendly and they all genually care for their patients. I tell everyone about this practice.
Very cheesy and saleman-like. I sat through a 1 hour information meeting then was ushered into a room to discuss my x-rays and treatment plan. I felt like I was at a time share meeting when there is a lot they aren't telling you up front. For my first visit/adjustment, I felt very uncomfortable but the meeting in the evening was even worse. Dr. Brock was a poor saleman and didn't feel like I was visiting a doctor at all.
I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I would highly recommend Dr. Baker. I can't emphasize enough how positive of an impact Dr. Baker has had on my health and life. My treatment was set up to accommodate my individual and specific health care needs and concerns. The open office setting is warm and inviting. I give Dr. Paul Baker at Baker Chiropractic an A+ in quality and care. He takes a personal interest in all of his patients and gives them personal care to fit their health care needs.
