Originally, I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery from a local orthopedist. That connection proved less than satisfying, was of several months’ duration, surgery was cancelled twice, and the surgeon’s requests were unrealistic. Dr. Murray and the office staff are professional in every aspect of your expectations. Cheryl and Amy take care of you from pre-op to post-op. Their follow-up is impeccable and even reach out to you on a Sunday. Alex, the PA is also an asset to the office giving you the time needed discussing your surgical procedure. Dr. Murray is awful, rude, dismissive and unimaginative in his care. He was beyond disrespectful to my loved one. We were shocked by his behavior and lack of caring.
The Receptionist was very nice and caring and she did an excellent Job setting up my Appointment for my Hip Replacement!!!!
Absolutely! He is a very good surgeon, who cares about the treatment he gives his patients. He is also very accommodating and will go out of his way to meet his patients needs.
What a great office and wonderful compassionate group of people, Cheryl, Amy, Tanya, are just a few of the ladies in the office who are truly concerned about you as an individual. He has no patience running the office factory Assembly Plant, two visits, this is what I got two X-Rays and a quick consultation and I was out of the door my consultation I mean 3 minutes tops that's what you call the doctor. He cares about his pocket than patient. Lock of compassion as a doctor is a terrible thing.
Since I have known Dr. Murray he has been a very skilled surgeon. He has certainly enhanced his skills by expanding to Robotics.
