He was rushed. He was impatient and talked down to me. Had no reaction when I was telling him about my pain. Seemed angry. Snapped at me when I gave an answer that was wrong because he didn’t explain his question adequately. Maybe having a really bad day but even so, don’t take it out on your patients! He seems competent as far as I can tell but if you have other choices take them!
He started out by telling me I shouldn’t even be in his office, despite having multiple disc herniations. Then when I raised concerns over the findings, he became condescending & mocked me for researching them. Mocked. Like 6th grade level. Dr. Sueno is rude and demeaning. I asked a question, and he responded with an answer basically insinuating that my question was idiotic. He needs to go.
Disrespectful, rude and uncaring. Don’t recommend and will never go back. VERY disappointed Kaiser has such a physician.
Dr. Paul Sueno is one of the worst MD I have ever met. If you are looking for MD for your severe pain management, he is the last one you want to go to.
Dr. Sueno was excellent in reviewing my MRI and evaluating proper treatment plan for L4 disc herniation. Explained the injury and discussed treatment with references to medical studies. Answered all my questions, was on time and very thorough.
5 star Dr Sueno is a caring doctor and his staff are 5 star The treatments helped me and would wear off in three months I am now on an every three months injection in lower back
Worst experience sueno. Rude said my insurance did not pay enough and could nt treat me, why did he give me a appointment? He is a waste of time and could not explain my pain.
This doctor was the worst dotocr I’ve ever seen. Zero respect and zero help. No sure how this rude man can get a doctor certification — it is completely a joke! We described our problems, which he completely ignored and told us his knowledge and experience was better than what we knew about ourselves. If you are under Kaiser Permanente insurance, please do never schedule with this rude “doctor” :(
