Dr Genser always makes every visit a pleasant experience! Both my children like him and Dr Genser is very detailed, caring and make them laugh everytime! It has been more than 5 years that they are seeing Dr Genser and will keep seeing him until he directs me otherwise. He always accommodates me if my sons needs to be seen. Always takes his time in explaining symptoms, treatments etc. He was able to accurately diagnose my son and treat him for a recurring issue, even though he had remained undiagnosed for many years.
So, so great. Called and emailed on Christmas Day with lab results. Highly recommend him.
Horrendous experience. Cold, doesn't listen, isn't good with children, and can't wait to end the appointment - even if you have questions or concerns. In fact, his medical group billed us for TWO appointments after I asked questions at my son's regular annual check up. Went to see him based on his great reviews and had an experience that was traumatic for both me and my children. My 4 year old is now afraid of the doctor's office and says 'no more mean doctor, please!' Avoid at ALL costs.
