It is great to drive up to Express Service and have the service advisor address me by name. Simon greeted me personally, assessed what I needed and even talked about the upcoming great season our shared football team would have. Service was quick. No one but Patty Peck services my vehicle.
Was completely screwed by the people here on my trade in. I knew it was worth more (about $19 to $20k) and the guy was a complete liar. Told me that it was in worse condition than it was - he brought out paperwork saying it was in Fair condition making the top price a little over $18k and now somehow, it is being g sold as Good condition making it worth about $2k more now. Told me he would have to send it to Houston which would cost him about $1k for a wholesale auction and would be lucky to get the money I was asking ($15k)... read more

The worst customer service after the sale ever! They refuse to return any calls and when you call back they don’t wanna answer until the receptionist tells you “they are gone for the day.”. I am sill waiting to receive my paperwork from the sale. The would not let me use a letter of approval from my bank because it was late on a Saturday and they could not call the bank. I will NEVR do business with these people ever again in my life!
