I purchased a pre owned vechicle on 09/21/2018 and now it's 09/25/2018 and the car has already quit on me. I called to talk to a manager,I was given the run around. I finally spoke with seller and she was very non chalant,like she want concerned at all. They guaranteed that vehicle had been taken through inspection,but I guess not.Upon receiving the vechicle I had to return it numerous of times due to small issues that were over looked by the car specialist
By far worst dealership ever . I’m 53 years old, and I’ve bought many autos and I have never had such a horrible experience before.. We were shopping with our son online, and he saw a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport that he liked. He contacted hardy online because he was visiting me in Texas. When we went back to MS he set an appointment to look and test drive the car. We thought we would be dealing with Hardy but instead we talked to a Dusty Ward. I purchased my car almost 2 yrs ago. Going back to purchaser another car. I refuse to go to another dealership when I have came across a whole new staff full of family. They will take care of your needs. They like to keep their customers happy, and that's what I love about Patty peck Honda. The service manager is a great and understanding man. He will help you in anyway he can.
I have used the service center several times for various things including recalls and tires. Bernardo LaCosta has been there every time and has taken care of everything. He has made every experience relaxed and has gone above and beyond to make sure we leave happy. I will schedule everything through Bernardo from now on!!
