Took their service department less than an hour to find the problem with the front axles and be able to explain it to me as to exactly what was wrong with them, not just say "Your axles are bad". The left and right axle rebuild kits are on order as there are no axles anywhere to be had, not even after market parts. In the meantime, Patty Peck gave us a brand new CRV for a loaner for as long as the parts are on order and the time required for the repairs. My Honda CRV was recalled on a safety issue. I immediately took my car to Patty Peck to ask for a rental car because mine was not safe to drive. I was told to see Ms. Linda. I have worked in customer service for many years and I cannot tell you how refreshing it is find someone as nice and efficient as Ms. Linda. I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot yesterday ! I love it!!!! Kristie weaver is the BEST sales lady ever!!!!! She was so knowledgeable and so helpful!!! I've never had so much fun buying a new vehicle !!!! She's great!!!! Seems like I've known her all my life and just met yesterday ! That girl knows her stuff!!!! I will defiantly be telling all my clients and friends to go see her at patty peck!!!!
