I don't know what is up with Patty Peck but we are very frustrated with the service here which has really gone downhill in the past 8 months or so. It used to be so nice to come here that we kept going out of our way to return long after we bought our van in January 2015 (which back then was an amazing experience). The kids play area, warm cookies (which made the whole place smell great), and friendly staff seem to all have disappeared. There weren't even any paper towels in the restroom! I was interested in a 2015 suburban I went out their met with salesman was trading in a 2012 ltz suburban I sat down with sales man he appraised my vehicle that's when it started they tried to lowball me on my trade then they counter offered I told them to let me think about the deal I left they said we will hold the vehicle quess what they sold it without calling me or anything what kind of business is that I will never go their again
I usually have a great experience but this last visit I was not happy with. The lady that helped me was not very friendly. Also the kids area is horrible. I took my grand baby a few weeks ago and there wasn't much for her to do. The tv was not on nor could I get it to work. The toys were filthy and a couple of the toys didn't have batteries in them. Also last week I was told it would take 30 minutes to put the new air bag in, and the lady said it would take an hour and a half.
I love patty peck service I got a car that I love it and I would like to thank Mr.Robert Mack it took a day in half but I went from a Dodge neon to Nissan Maxima and Im in love with it all ready thanks you patty peck honda
