We use Patton Professionals for landscaping and yard cleanup, and they are terrific, but it is their stone and patio work that has us awed. What started as a casual conversation developed into a brand new flagstone patio, fire pit and adaptive lighting. We had a basic idea of what we wanted. I’ve been a customer since the business started in 2010, with annual contracts every year. I’ve had many types of services- mowing, tree & shrub trimming, lawn care, sprinklers, and snow removal. The work is very good, been satisfied with the quality. The prices are very reasonable. The areas needing improvement are scheduling and customer service communications, I believe they're working on those areas.

They came on time, understand landscaping and my approach to landscaping, did what was needed, and set up a plan with me to continue maintenance and cleanup over the next two months

They gave us a great quote, worked hard and quick putting in our new sod and sprinkler system, but then when we had issues afterward with drainage, they acted horribly--blaming us for the issues, saying they will get back to us but never doing it, and finally blocking our phone number (or something because after a couple of months, we would get a "this number has been disabled" message). We never received copies of our agreements or receipts for materials purchased so we could get a rebate, despite several requests, and they... read more
