A company that has a C- with the BBB though they advertise a positive review. A company that refuses to return calls or makes promises it has no willingness to follow through on. If you love to band your head against the wall and never ever get a thing done, than give these losers a call which they won’t answer. This company is the literal worst. I have been trying since June 23rd to get a hold of them to come back and replace two sprinkler heads that were found broken when they turned the sprinklers on. It had already taken two weeks to get a hold of them to schedule the initial appointment. The technician who came out to turn the water on was very nice and helpful, and claimed the company would be calling me back to schedule that appointment and even clarified my name and phone number. This company was scheduled to be at my house at 7 a.m. this morning. It's 4 minutes til 1 p.m. No show, no returned call. This is the 3rd time the company has done this. Horrible experiences, terribly unprofessional.

I am very please with the professional service that I receive from Patton Professional Lawn and Landscape on my property. Their staff is professional, polite, and are on time. If a problem arises, they go out of there way to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a full service lawn care company.

Awful. Routinely miss scheduled appointments and don't bother to call. You have to call and reschedule with them and start the no show cycle all over. Office woman is very nice. Taylor doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Started with these guys last year and have tried to be patient because the owner is young and trying to get started. Things haven't improved. Save your sanity and bother with these guys.

Perhaps this is an isolated situation but I was not impressed with their sub par service. I scheduled a sprinkler system startup for 3pm. Due to it being during business hours I was able to work out leaving early to endure on time arrival for appt. Unfortunately the same courtesy was not afforded to me. I pulled up to my house st exactly 3 pm to find no one there. I waited until 3:05 pm to call the company. I have a screenshot of my call log w/time.
