I can't express how wonderful the staff and doctors are when it comes time to say good-bye to your fur baby. When saying good-bye to our sweet Olivia, they were as sad as we were as if she was their own. Thank you for helping us through it. You are all awesome!!!!
I took a pet there and they were refusing to groom until he had a Bordetella shot. He was already back there to groom and they said if I didn’t do it they couldn’t groom him. Very embarrassing. Since then I learned that those are not necessary and can cause issues. They used the situation to do what they wanted.
They lost my Trust , gave a shot and did a check up on my dog ! Without my permission. I will continue mentioning this on the radio. I guess they think they can do anything to anyone’s dog. Maybe this is how this place operates. Never again!
Going to Patton Chapel Animal Clinic is a peace of mind. All of the team members and doctors are very caring and informative. I used to worry about having to go to the vet before becoming one of their clients but now, especially with their wellness plan, I know they are there for me no matter what.
Today was my German Shepherd lab mix puppy (Bear) appointment. And the doctor and the staff were wonderful they cared for her and helped me understand stuff about my puppy.She weighed at 4.7 and 5weeks old. Wonderful place to take (Bear).

The staff always remembers that I am Jade's mom and is always welcoming to Jade. On my last visit, the sweet girl who brought Jade to the front and helped me try to get the leash on the "highly excitable" Jade quickly ran to the door to keep it closed when Jade broke free. She knew Jade can open the door on her own and wanted to be sure Jade did not escape. Seeing how the staff knows and treats Jade makes it easy for me to leave her at the clinic. Great Job!! Thanks.

I have been happily taking my two dogs & two cats to Patton Chapel Animal Clinic for the past several years. They have seen us for routine appointments, emergencies, injuries, illnesses, grooming, and boarding. The entire staff is very friendly and always helpful. We have had the privilege of seeing every vet throughout the years and they have all been amazingly attentive and thorough.
A huge thank you to Patton Chapel, Dr Buird, and Marissa for making our first visit a success! They were so kind and patient with my dogs and extremely thorough. I’m very happy to have found this hospital. Thanks again!
