I was so pleased with the service from the moment I made my first call. Taylor was an angel on the phone and in person. We had an unpleasant experience in the past with previous groomer and when she spoke with me, telling me that my Bentley did so well at his grooming appointment, I literally became teary eyed. Patton chapel animal clinic is always so friendly to me and my dog. My dog Zadie loves the vet and is never scared to go inside. They make her feel just as welcomed as if she is home.
Very thorough and helped us understand the issues with our precious Isla. Prices were discussed beforehand so no surprises. Very happy with the care she received, especially after she and another of our dogs were misdiagnosed at our previous vet.
This staff is beyond wonderful! Super friendly, very attentive to your pets needs! Provide as much explanation as needed so you know exactly what is going on and give you updates through the day which really means the world as you know they are taking really good care of your pet!
