The doctor and staff were very compassionate with our big boy and with us at what was, for him and us, the saddest of moments. On happier occasions, of which there are thankfully many more, the folks at Patton Chapel are always friendly and accommodating and kind.
They are the absolute best! The entire staff is so friendly and truly care about you and your fur babies. Dr. Murray spends time with you, listens and cares. We have a diabetic cat and he has worked diligently with us to educate us and help us get his medication regulated. I can not sing their praises enough. Great place, great service, great people!
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The took great care of our last dog with annual check ups then later, a surgery. We've always been able to see the vet right away when we needed to. Our dog's last day was really rough, and Dr. Murray and McKenzie helped us through it. I truly feel like they care so much. We will always remember the kindness and care of that day. It was the best experience we could have asked for. Now we have a puppy, and we look forward to more excellent care.
I used the groomer today. They were recommended by my vet Brad Murphy. From the first person who answered the phone to the person who came out to get Bella. They were professional and caring. When I picked her up again I was greeted by the person who brought her out. I have been to many groomer for my Westie and I knew from the first conversation I was at the right place. I give them five stars
Everyone is always so excited to see our boys and tell us how sweet they are. We always feel like Chipper and Wrigley are getting the best care. Chipper recently had two surgeries and the time both Ryane and Dr Murphy have taken to explain everything was very much appreciated. They never seem rushed or bothered by any of our questions.
Curbside service and consultation as needed.
