This wasn't our first house but it was our first home buying experience in NJ and Patti was everything we could have hoped for in an agent. She was just so great to work with on a daily basis freindly, upbeat, and engaged all while being a smart, industry-savvy proffesional. She knows the whole area like the back of her hand and helped us navigate all the ins, outs, arounds, unders, and overs that are part of the process in NJ, till we found the perfect house for us. 10/10. No notes. Would reccomend Patti to any and everyone... read more
Patti was AMAZING!! She really helped guide us as we purchased our first home in New Jersey. She was super knowledgable about Monmouth County and the areas we should look in and the areas to avoid. She also had lots of great contacts for home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and other contractors.
Great to work and partner with! Understands market and is extremely helpful.
Patti really gets and understands the home buyer wants and needs. Was very thorough with explaining anything difficult that I couldn’t understand. Just really made a stressful first time buyer experience Much pleasant. Definitely will refer to my friends and family doing the NY-NJ migration.
