Having been in sales for 25+ years I was completely underwhelmed with the sales team in Oak Ridge, not once but twice. Clearly the sales people only earn commissions on what they have in their individual locations, because when I asked if their other locations may have what I was looking for I was told I could check. I’ve already found exactly what I want with 3 big box retailers, but wanted to spend my money locally. I want make the mistake of spending my valuable time to drive to any Patterson’s locations.
Shopped at clearance store in Harriman, great service and prices on scratch and dent items. Delivery was very punctual. The delivery men very efficient and pleasant natured. Appreciate the great service. David
