Incredible customer service. Professional and great communication. Very knowledgeable with options for storage and making daily operations more efficient. They take the time to customize different departments with different and individual needs.
In working through a time-sensitive grant, Mr. Bernini came to our facility and did an assessment, ordered, and delivered the shelving needed in such a timely manner that I was able to send in the final report to the grant committee two weeks early.
