I took my daughter(who was 13 at the time) to this office in November 2018 to have her wisdom teeth removed, 2 needed to be pulled and the other 2 had to be cut out due to them being impacted.First, the wait time was horrible, her appointment was at 8:30, my daughter didn't get called back until 1:00, with no explanation. I saw Dr. Patterson for a sinus lift & two wisdom teeth extractions. She was very good at explaining procedures and what to expect both before & after surgery. I was extremely anxious prior to surgery so she put me at ease with valium & laughing gas. I was out during surgery and surprised afterward how little pain I felt. Staff was quick and efficient. Can't say enough about how happy I am about my whole experience and the outcome I experienced. Would highly recommend Dr. Patterson!
Dr. Patterson told me before I went under that she would only be removing my top 2 wisdom teeth. When I woke up, she had removed all 4. I still do not know why. Before my procedure, I was told I would be prescribed antibiotics and receive a follow-up call. I didn't; I had to go to the Emergency Room to get an antibiotic prescription. I called the after hours line 4 times and left 4 messages, because I was having a severe reaction to the anesthesia when I got home from the surgery. No one called me back until the following ni... read more
20 minutes late opening doors after lunch. We had an appt. We were told we would receive a follow up call. We did not. We called the on call number and no one called us back. Totally unprofessional.
