I had a disappointing experience at Patterson Law. The receptionist at the front desk was unprofessional and noticeably rude. She seemed disinterested in helping, avoided eye contact, and was moving her head around in a dismissive way when I asked questions. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one left me with a very negative view of the firm.

Do not hire Patterson Law. A few years ago, my aunt died. The executor hired Patterson law to handle the legal details. Unfortunately, there was a lot of drama, animosity and distrust amongst our family, including towards the executor. I won't get into the details of that. But, look: I'm sure we're not the first and won't be the last family to have disputes over an estate. I've worked with Kristen Pike on buying and selling my home (real estate law) and she has been incredible. On time, organized, great communication. I've also worked in buying real estate in other provinces and realized what HORRIBLE transactions look like. Kristen is TOP NOTCH, I only wish I used her sooner.
