They are professional and Mark the certified technician is friendly, intelligent, and an expert in his field. They recently repaired a gas fireplace at my sister's home, and both her & her husband were extremely pleased with their professionalism and quality of the work performed. Beth & Brian did a fantastic, timely job diagnosing the problem with my gas fireplace, and then installing the components. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing chimney services.
Bethany & Brian inspected work that was previously done incorrectly (Duck-X, do not use) and re-caulked our chimney and reorganized our new gas logs and gave us a clear demonstration of how to properly use our gas log fireplace. They were neat and professional. The value was very good for the work they performed. We will use them for all of our future fireplace needs.
IBethany and her co-worker could not have been more professional. They called one half hour before they arrived giving us time to put our dog upstairs. They thoroughly cleaned our chimney and gave us a very reasonably priced estimate for chimney repair and installation of gas logs and lava rock. We were very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Patterson & Son s and Bethany!
