This place stinks it has bugs in here they control our AC an HEAT every month that goes by i get a letter on my door stating i owe money when i pay my rent every month im tellin u this place is terrible they have elevators here that break down all the time cause this place has 11 stories some new landlords took over an let me tell u they are monry hungry i pay my rent every month an still i get letters on my door stating i owe monry

I visited a family member who stays here. Although they are very clean people, the place was riddled with roaches and bedbugs. The air conditioning didn't work in 95° weather. I heard horror stories of people's bathrooms backing up and not being addressed for months. Someone literally threw their toilet contents out of a window onto the street below. What's sad is that everyone who stays here is either elderly or disabled. Also, this is HUD housing, so it makes me question how much Chattanooga really cares about their citize... read more

Yea I went to visit a family member who lives on the 5th floor and the room that was literally across from them it smelled like ammonia and trash I thought it was maybe the garbage shoot but they told me that it was mainly the guy that lived there he has a cat that they used to hear meowing a lot and how they never seen someone so filthy and that even though they have reported it management his mom comes and cleans up his messes before they actually look at it I think they need to do a surprise inspection on a lot of these a... read more
