The best drivers….courteous, obviously dedicated to exceptional customer service. Exceptional all the way around!!
Top notch provider. My driveway is a bear and still, the drivers make every effort to deliver. Prices are always the lowest in the area, or at least very close. The office staff are very accommodating. It's a pleasure to deal with them. Need a supplier? Look no further!
The Patten team is the greatest. Beyond their competitive pricing they have on multi occasions gone above and beyond. Most recently they helped identify an issue which could have been very problematic for us. Thanks to Mark, Kelly and crew.
This is easily the best of the 3 oil companies I have done business with so far. Efficient administration, exemplary customer service skills, and some of the lowest prices.
It is impossible to overstate how fantastic this company is. Kelly, Mark, and Dave are not just honest and dependable, but they also go above and beyond to look out for their customers' interests. We own multiple properties in Keene, and the team at Patten keeps a close eye on them and let's us know if anything seems amiss. We really appreciate and value everyone at Patten Energy and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new fuel provider.
