I've been using Patten for a few years now as my fuel oil supplier. They're nice, they're professional, they show up when they say they're going to, and the prices are the best in Keene. When I saw a service truck with their name on it, I called and asked. They started the servicing business 6/1/23. I made an appt. 3 days beforehand, the burner broke so no hot water. Just switched to Patten and already so impressed and pleased with them. Friendly phone service, got right here, the delivery driver was friendly, helped fix an issue. Great price too. Wish I had switched sooner!
Friendly and rapid response, EVERY time. Great pricing. Although I don't qualify for any of the employer related discounts, I think it's sound business practice, and I switched to Patten in part due to their discount program.
