While I ultimately decided to get my wedding dress elsewhere, I enjoyed every moment at this shop trying on dresses. Our consultant was very helpful and kind. As the bride, I appreciated her talking with me privately away from my “I do crew” so that I felt less pressure and she could calm my anxiety when a couple dresses I tried were too small. I would definitely recommend this shop to any bride!
RecommendedMe and my Fiance Karen Oplinger have been in several times to look at dress are last time was May of 2017. We recently got engaged on Memorial Day 2018 Getting ready to go look again at some dresses so we can actually get married this time. They have very helpful staff and beautiful gowns in here. Their prices are very good here. Plz check it out bc we are ready to really soon..
Absolutely terrible experience. I will NEVER come back to Downtown Bridal nor recommend it to anyone else. Customer service is absolutely awful. They push the blame on someone else and don’t offer a solution to any problems.

I chose to edit my review because I just came to pick up my dress and explained to the consultant that my daughter decided not to purchase her wedding gown that she paid $250 down for because she has decided to wear my original wedding gown. I didn’t ask for a cash refund, I asked if all or part of that money could be used for her vail or accessories. I think it's really sweet that your daughter is going to wear your gown in her wedding. Your daughter did however come in for an appointment, found a dress that she liked and put in on layaway. Our layaway policy is very clear and you knew when you came in that "all layaways are final and deposits are non-refundable". Taking the dress off layaway and using the money for something else is still "refunding the layaway". I understand your asking about it. It never hurts to ask. I am a florist and I do whatever I can to make my customer satisfied even giving a refund I did business with them and spent over $200 of which I mailed back a little lace jacket that cost $75 at at the cost of $10 sent my bank card number and ask them to refund me of which they said they never do a refund they were very rude and I will never ever refer downtown Bridal as a place to do business with which I have in the past it is a lovely store but they are not fair
Went and found my wedding dress today! They were all so helpful and friendly!! Highly recommend them!
