Had a great experience here from shopping for my bestfriend's wedding gown to getting my bridesmaids dress for her wedding. Tierra is such a sweet person and loves what she does. Everyone that helped us were so nice and helpful.
I had the best customer service from Tierra Hudson. She was very helpful, very detailed and kind hearted. Tierra had the most uplifting spirit. When I came in to try on my dress to make sure it fit she told me that after I put it on that she would help me zip my dress up because it would be hard for me to do it myself. I had Tierra both of my visits. When I came in to be measured for my dress and for pick up. Thank you Tierra for being a marvellous customer assistant.
All dresses for my wedding were purchased from Downtown Bridal and I have to say they went above and beyond any expectation I had for a bridal shop. My dress was PERFECTION (or in the words of all my guest- bomb). I got compliments all night how phenomenal my dress was. My girls dresses were elegant yet simple. Great customer service, beautiful dresses with a HUGE selection of dresses. Dress price range was wide as well so you can come in with a low budget and still find an amazing dress just for you!
Rachel was very helpful, sweet, and professional. The selection of dresses was great with a wide range of pricing. The bride-to-be tried on many dresses, a few twice and we did not feel rushed.
